The apartment is very big, a 107 m2 4th floor luxurious, bright & airy, spacious furnished penthouse for flatshare, newly renovated in excellent condition, ideal for students, overlooking a quiet pedestrian planted alleyway vertical to 3 September St. 6’ from Victoria Square and A.U.E.B. & fully renovated elevator. It has a big living room with big windows, marble floors, air condition. This private room is very comfortable, with double comfortable beds, fireplace, 2 exquisite inserted libraries and wardrobe, and marble floor. There is a central security door, all room doors lock, have air conditions, 1 bathroom & 1 WC. A spacious 50 m2 balcony with a view & smaller private balconies, for each room. Price all-inclusive, free wireless high speed Wi-Fi internet access. In the living room, you can enjoy TV with satellite Astra and Hotbird 1.000 channels. There is a TV channel where you can see the entrance. It is a very clean place with freshly washed sheets and towels provided! You can also use the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the things you may need, all electrical appliances.
