The above-mentioned apartment is suitable for use for Erasmus Students from September to June.

Price all inclusive, except electricity, with all electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, and security door lock. Fast reliable internet, TV, satellite Astra & Hotbird 1.000 channels Antenna, video intercom, water accounts & communal flats accounts. All doors lock. A 25-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while metro stations (Panepistimio, Omonia, Victoria, Ampelokipi) are only 20 minutes away from the studio. Bus stops in two-blocks distance are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city.

Cosy and renovated 30sqm studio on raised ground-floor, located in the boheme neighbourhood of Neapolis, Exarchia. Offering one double bed, two comfortable sofas and a small balcony on its back side with a relaxing garden view, the studio is ideal for up to two guests (for the accommodation of a second person please discuss with us). Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the room has the possibility to accomodate a second person, if you wish to invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost.
The studio is pretty close to other apartments of ours, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone!
The Neighbourhood: A truly boheme neighbourhood in the heart of Athens
Historic urban neighbourhood, one of the last authentic and unspoiled in Europe. The terrace of the apartment building where I live (20 minute walk from the apartment) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks.
Access to the apartment: You have access to all the rooms of the apartment.
Communication with guests: We are more than happy to stay in touch with our guests and ease their stay in any way possible. As we also live in the center of Athens, pretty close to the apartment, we are always eager to help regarding any issue that might occur during their stay in the apartment.
