This fully furnished and equipped studio is situated on the first floor and has a size of 24m2. On left from the entrance, the door open to the bathroom which consists of a recently renovated bathroom with a modern sink, WC, and a shower cabin. The kitchen comes with two electric burners, microwave, pots, pans, and cutlery. In front of the pictures, there are shelves on the walls more additional storage. One wall of the main area has been pained blue to add more character to the studio. The convertible sofa-bed is of a good quality and becomes a proper bed. Apart from the sofa-bed, there?s a wall mounted TV, a long mirrored cupboard, a coffee table, a workstation with a chair. There?s a huge classic french window on the right side of the workstation bringing in lots of natural light into the studio. The view from the window down towards the calm Rue Saint-Nicolas.
