IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Fortnightly Contract only on the 1st month: If you move-in before the half of the month, you'll pay for the full month. If you move-in after, you will only pay half of the rent for that month. The last month is paid completely, regardless the move-out date.

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.

Confronto
CONTRATO QUINCENAL
En el mes de entrada o de salida:
- Si te quedas 14 días o menos, pagarás la mitad del alquiler de ese mes.
- Si te quedas más de 14 días, pagarás el alquiler del mes completo.
(El importe a pagar de cada mes aparece calculado en el resumen de pagos)
Payments before the check-in: Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to make the additional payments (security deposit, etc.) through our secure payment system before the move-in date. 
Cleaning of common areas once a week.
ATTENTION: If the reservation is made on THE SAME DAY, the check-in must be made at least 48 HOURS LATER. We cannot do same-day check-in.
The contracts are bi-weekly, thus paying the full fortnight of the month according to the day of booking. If the Check-in is made from the 20th of the month onwards, the following month will also have to be paid to avoid two consecutive payments.
