It is just a few minutes from two of the best parks in Berlin, Görlizer Park and Treptower Park, which is great for relaxing and outdoor activities. The apartment is located in a central area and you can shortly reach any part of city center. This area features all you need from restaurants, bars, Cafés and supermarkets. The Main Shoppingstreet is just a few minutes away.

This studio apartment is located in the beautiful Prenzlauer Berg, just by the Schönhauser Allee. Only 5 walking minutes away from the S and U Bahn station Schönhauser Allee. The area is very well known and has a good reputation :) There are numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, cinema and many more
There is a separate bathroom with a shower and a window (+ waschingmachine), kitchen with a dishwasher, all the utensils and enough place for a table and a big living room/bedroom. It has a double bed and an even bigger closet to store everything you need.
The apartment is located in the side wing which makes it very quiet. The original wooden floor ties it all together perfectly
