This modern two room apartment, located on the 4th floor, is newly renovated and furnished. The apartment will accommodate 2-3 in total, with a double bedroom and a sofa in the livingroom. It is fully furnished with a new TV, fully equipped kitchen for entertaining and an inviting dining area. We will provide everything you need like linens, towels and shower amenities. This apartment is in the absolutly kiez area direct on the Reuterplatz in Neukölln. It is just a few minutes from two of the best parks in Berlin, Görlizer Park and Treptower Park, which is great for relaxing and outdoor activities. The apartment is located in a central area and you can shortly reach any part of city center. This area features all you need from restaurants, bars, Cafés and supermarkets. The Main Shoppingstreet is just a few minutes away.
This apartment is a stunner in the modern center of Berlin Mitte. Enjoy the view of the street and park view from the 3rd floor from the large bedroom or from inside the living room. The apartment could comfortably sleep 2 to 3 people, 2 in the double-size bed and 1 or 2 in the double-size comfortable sofa bed.

ROOM
Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life. In the bedroom area, you will find a bed with a nightstand and lamp, as well as a large wardrobe. A premium mattress with a set of bedsheets, pillows, and duvets is also always included. To comfortably work or study from home, there is a table with a lamp and chair. You won't need anything additional to settle in, and can arrive just your luggage at hand.
APARTMENT
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments with complete noise isolation and floor heating. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. To catch those sun rays, ground-floor apartments have terrace access facing the courtyard, while flats on other floors include balconies. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.
BUILDING
Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlin's city life.
The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the (hidden) community. There are two community spaces - one in each of the buildings. Both of them feature fully equipped kitchens with cooking islands and lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. You can spend time cooking meals together with your flatmates here or relax watching a new show.
In alignment with our sustainability efforts, both buildings are illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
An entirely new part of Berlin, Europacity is an urban destination with comfortable environments, several amenities, and relaxing green and open spaces. Located in the northern part of Berlin, in the district of Mitte, Europacity is closely located to the Central Station, making it easy and convenient to reach other parts of the city such as Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Gate and Friedrichshain in less than 20 minutes. With an area of approximately 61 hectare, Europacity offers all the amenities you’d expect from the city center, in addition to relaxing green and open spaces.
ROOM
Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or terrace.
APARTMENT
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates. To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine that’s placed in every apartment.
