You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments with complete noise isolation and floor heating. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. To catch those sun rays, ground-floor apartments have terrace access facing the courtyard, while flats on other floors include balconies. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.
PROPERTY
Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlins city life. An elevator is available for your convenience. The apartment is absolutely quiet and very bright, featuring a cozy balcony with artificial turf that’s perfect for breakfast or relaxation. The kitchen and living room seamlessly merge into one space, and the sleeping area can be separated by curtains for added privacy. The box spring bed is 180x200 cm in size, and a large wardrobe with mirror sliding doors offers ample storage. Internet with 500 Mbit/s ensures smooth home office work, and a 55-inch TV is also provided.

Mohrenstraße, o "Mohren Street" in inglese, è una nota arteria situata nel cuore di Berlino, in Germania. Ha una ricca storia ed è stato oggetto di alcune controversie a causa del suo nome. La strada è situata nel quartiere storico di Mitte, noto per il suo significato nella storia di Berlino e per la sua vicinanza a molti dei monumenti e agli edifici governativi della città. Mohrenstraße corre parallela al famoso viale Unter den Linden ed è vicina a siti iconici come la Porta di Brandeburgo, l'edificio del Reichstag e l'Isola dei musei. La controversia sulla Mohrenstraße risiede nel suo nome, poiché "Mohr" è un termine obsoleto e dispregiativo per le persone di origine africana. Negli ultimi anni, c’è stata una spinta per rinominare strade e monumenti di Berlino e di altre città tedesche che hanno nomi con connotazioni razziste o coloniali.
