Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or terrace.
APARTMENT
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates. To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine that’s placed in every apartment.
BUILDING
Located right around the corner from Berlin’s main train station this is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. Welcome to our home!
It has been less than a year since our condo was completely renovated. We furnished every room sparingly but thoughtfully. There is a large dining room with a tall ficus tree. The room is connected by double doors to a large living room (including a balcony). In addition to the modern kitchen and chic bathroom (shower and separate bathtub), there is also a guest toilet. The bedroom goes out to the quiet backyard. The entire apartment has bright real wood parquet flooring and original old Berlin doors. Working at home is possible without any problems, e.g. in the dining room. A small closet allows the storage of bags, old glass and cleaning supplies.
In the second backyard of the house, there is parking for cars and a lockable bike shed.
