The apartment boasts with an brand new kitchen Bathroom and Furniture. The friendly dining area invites you to a joint dinner with friends or family. After work, you can relax on the beautiful couch and enjoy a movie on the 55 inch Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an new cooker oven and a large fridge-freezer.
Besides the living area are three spacious bedrooms. The apartment is located on the first floor (Not Ground floor).
The beds are equipped with a high quality mattress which ensures a good night sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe. We have the same apartment located on the first, second and third floor. The layout is exactly the same, and the design might be different in each apartment.

Der über 60qm großen Küchen-Wohnraum befindet sich im Zentrum der Wohnung, dahinter liegen zwei weitere Zimmer (Betten: 180x200 cm, 140x200 cm) und das große Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie ein Hauswirtschaftsraum.
Der große Wohnraum ist mit einer modernen und hochwertigen Einbauküche ausgestattet. Induktionsherd, Dampfgarer, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine – alles da.
