The apartment has central heating and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet (+/- 350 Mbps), google Chromecast TV, TV stereo and home cinema system. Laundry facilities are all available in the apartment. An additional sleeping facility is available on the attic.
The apartment is located in the European quarter near place Jourdan. The neighborhood is with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. Shopping facilities and supermarkets in less than 100m from the apartment. Lots of restaurants at proximity at Place Jourdan. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in less than 20 minutes.

1. If you have a lot of luggage:
- Get off at Brussels Midi (Zuid) and take exit “Tour de Midi” (Zuidertoren). Go left towards the buses. Take bus 136 or 137 in the direction of Dilbeek. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the bus stop “Scheut” (ask the driver). Get off and walk towards the closest corner and turn right onto Chaussée de Ninove. Look for number 408 and 410 on your right side, and ring at (hidden).
- Note: During weekends or late evenings, there are fewer buses, so this option may not be recommended.
2. Alternatively:
- Take the metro to “Koning Boudewijn” (line 6) or “Simonis (Leopold II)” (line 2) and get off at “Gare de l'Ouest” (Weststation). As you exit, turn right and take the largest street, "Chaussée de Ninove". After about 10 minutes of walking (or take the bus towards Dilbeek and get off at "Scheut"), look for number (hidden phone number) on your left and ring at (hidden).
From Brussels Central Station:
- Take the metro in the direction of “Erasme” (line 5) or “Gare de l'Ouest” (line 1). After about 7 minutes, get off at “Gare de l'Ouest” (Weststation). It is one station after “Beekkant”. Modern studio in a small residence near Sq. Ambiorix. 5-7 minutes walk to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission. Comfortable double bed Private bathroom and furnished equipped kitchenette. There is a 40€ cleaning fee before the move in.
This residential area is appreciated for its safety, the large parks nearby and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking in this area is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. The street is quiet (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix.
Plenty of small groceries shops, bakeries and restaurants are available in the Chaussée de Louvain area, and a Delhaize supermarket is just a few minutes walk away.
