The flat consists of a huge living room, windows facing Kodaly Square, 100% south oriented, 3 bedrooms with double bed in each one, table and huge wardrobes, kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms with toilet and tub. The flat is equipped with a dishwasher, and washing machine, with a big fridge, oven, microwave, wifi,...etc. it’s a perfect place for students or working people.
Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).
UTILITIES:
- Utility costs will be based on consumption and are approx. 50 EUR per month per person. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities.
