It is located in the rehabilitated part of the 9th district, surrounded by new apartments. It is in a good environment from which everything is easily accessible: shops, restaurants, universities, bars, etc. The neighborhood is young, full of life, clean, but quiet.
It is also easily accessible by public transport: tram 4-6 is a 6-minute walk, the M3 metro is a 5-minute walk from the clinics, tram 2 is 9 minutes, and trams 51 and 23 are also 4-6 minutes away. Rental cars and scooters are always available nearby.

The huge terrace is a special pleasure in the city center, as it has plenty of room for a sofa set, a table for 6 people, and even a small garden or a treadmill if required. There is a door to the terrace from both the living room and the bedroom. We covered the terrace with artificial grass so that even bare feet are comfortable.
The house also has a common roof terrace, from which the whole of Budapest can be seen clearly. (Especially good to watch fireworks on Aug. 20)
The living room is connected to the kitchen, from which the bedroom and the bathroom can be accessed. The good distribution gives a feeling of spaciousness, and there are also many storage cupboards (there is a separate small storage room between the bathroom and the living room)
