A very quiet, safe and friendly apartment on Baross Street is for rent by the Owner, opposite to the Semmelweis University and close to Pázmány Péter Katolikus University and Fővárosi Szabó Ervin library.
The apartment has a 32-square-meters' floor area with ceiling height of 4.3m and an additional 7.5-square-meters' loft with ceiling height of 1.9m, so it's quite spacious living in it.
There are two big advantages: one is that the wall of the flat is very thick, so that in the summer it's very cool which means there is no need for ventilator not to mention air conditioner, whilst in the winter it's pretty warm inside; the other big advantage is that the electricity and gas usage won't be able to exceed the normal price threshold according to the past years' usage recordings, which means that the tenant just needs to pay the same price as what is before the energy crisis, like in 2021.
In addition to furniture and household appliances, we also provide coffee machine, bread toaster, microwave oven and fitness equipment. It is an ideal place for study or home office.
Metro 3 and 4, tram 4-6, and many buses are within 5 minutes’ walk.

Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a wardrobe, with one extra single bed in one of the rooms.
The studio is located in one of the most vibrant districts of Budapest, within walking distance to the very center. The famous ruin bars, Szimpla Kert, and multiple other bars and clubs are located nearby. Beautiful parks, and various restaurants, cafes, and shops are all around the apartment. While almost everything is within walking distance, multiple public transport stops are nearby if you need to get out of the center!

This self-contained large studio is a perfect retreat for two person as long or mid term rental. Located in the heart of downtown Budapest, walking distance to several universities, 70 meters from public transport, a major grocery shop and couple of hundred meters from the Danube. Restaurants and cafeterias are right at our doorsteps.
