L'appartement est en RDJ, aussi, nous hébergeons et prenons soin d’ un chat très affectueux (qui vit à l'extérieur mais aussi beaucoup à l'intérieur : ) c’est notre 5 eme colocataire ;)
- En ce qui concerne le lieu , et son environnement : l'appart est situé à LYON 9, sur les hauteurs de LYON, dans le quartier de Saint Rambert. Ce quartier facile à vivre est bien connu pour ses services (commerces , médecins, pharmacie ... ) , son grand parc forestier, la proximité directe avec les Monts d'Or (poumon vert de LYON) : quartier de vie calme , où il fait bon vivre.
Le quartier est bien desservi par les transports en commun :
. les bus 2, 71, 20 sont à quelques pas de l'appart et desservent la gare de VAISE (METRO, BUS et SNCF ). A la gare de Vaise, il y a de nombreux autres bus et le métro D.
. vous pourrez aussi facilement louer trottinettes , vélos ou voitures électriques.

You will find the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon a 3-minute walk away; Gadagne or even Cinema and Miniature will be just 12 minutes away. Place Bellecour is a 16-minute walk away, and if you head in the opposite direction, the Opera will be 3 minutes away. Parc de la Tête d'Or is a pleasant 18-minute walk away. Finally, you only have to cross the Saône to wander the streets of the historic district of Old Lyon, and in 20 minutes by public transport, you can reach the Confluence district.

The flatshare can be found in the "Vaise" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. A lot of restaurants, public transports, shops are located nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely equipped and includes a large kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, kitchen ustensils, microwave, crockery, pans... It also has a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, broom...
