We are studious, respectful, we don't have a TV and we are looking for a similar person to share the apartment with us.
Also the neighbors are very quiet and we are located in a safe area of Florence, on the slopes of the Fiesole hill.

L'appartamento di circa 100mq + 40mq giardino si trova in una piccola palazzina che si affaccia sul verde.
La casa è composta da 3 camera da letto, soggiorno con angolo cucina, bagno finestrato di nuova ristrutturazione e giardino.
La stanza di circa 20mq è dotata da armadio, letto singolo, scrivania, poltrona appendiabiti, arredata in parte con mobili antichi.
Siamo studiose, rispettose, non abbiamo la TV e cerchiamo una persona simile con cui condividere l'appartamento.
Anche i vicini sono persone tranquille,, poco rumorose e ci troviamo in una zona verde e sicura di Firenze, alle pendici della collina di Fiesole

The place has been recently refreshed, with great attention to detail and in maintaining the rustic, typical features of Florentine traditional homes: beautiful wooden ceilings and antique furniture items.
The entrance consist of a corridor leading to the apartment's different rooms.
