An ever so convenient quiet apartment next to the water and in the heart of Silicon Docks, where it is ideally located close to all amenities, with a Fresh supermarket next door, an Italian cafe on the corner, KC Peaches restaurant across the road, Grand Canal Dock Dart Station and many corporate offices just a short walk away.
The apartment has a superbly finished, designer kitchen which appends the south westerly facing, exceptionally spacious living room with 6th floor views. The living room and each of the two bedrooms have separate access to the balcony which gets the evening sun and overlooks the gardens . The apartment is fully furnished. The bathrooms have good lighting and under floor heating. Secure car park space optional extra.
THE HALLWAY- is fitted with an intercom system to open the apartment block door. There is a large concealed storage area next to the hall door and a large hot press with plenty of room for storage, opposite the bathroom.
