The location is one of the best in Graz. The flat is in the middle of the city, but in the best and very calm area of it. It is also very close to the green recreational areas like Augarten and Stadtpark and is ultra close to all the universities!
In your room (NUMBER 3 IN THE FLOOR PLAN) you will find a comfortable double bed, a chill area with a couch, fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace). In the apartment you have everything you need (washing-machine, hair drier....) and more. Everything (heating, electricity, internet etc.) is included in the price (All-In), so you can move in directly without worrying about anything. The huge flat has a big living area, a very nice living-kitchen, 2 bathrooms a balcony.
The area around is one of the best in Graz and really perfect for young people to explore the city and to connect with your roomies.
