This calm central apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed each room. The third room is a walk-through room with a sleeping sofa.
The apartment has a spacious kitchen with a hugh table with enough space for eating as well as working. It has also extra drawers on its sites for computer etc.
Each further person after 1 pays EUR 600,-/month.
The apartment has a lot of windows, which all are directed to the inner yard. So the apartment is very light and calm.
The bathroom has a shower and the toilet has an extra door, but is inside the bathroom room.
The apartment is perfectly situated in the very center of Graz in one of the side streets of Herrengasse.
Just 2 buildings away is spar-supermarket.
Hauptplatz and Jakominiplatz are just 3-5 minutes away from the apartment. From here you can go by bus or tram almost everywhere.
The main university of Graz is only 7 minutes walk away from Hans-Sachs-Gasse 10.
We provide Wifi. There is also a room with washing mashine and dryer inside the building.
If needed you can have a parking space in the private parking garage for EUR 15,-/day.
The apartment is fully furnished. Also the kitchen has all necessary utilities for cooking and eating.

In this place is a separate, fully equipped kitchen available, a big living room with an unique architecture, a bath with shower and bathtub, as well as a separated toilet. You have a nice bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a niche with an offfice desk as well.
At this place you have easy access to any public transport and be able to reach the city center within 15 min or (any) university within 20 min, directly with the bus which stops 100m in front of your house.
You would live here in a calm neighborhood at the third floor which is also the top-floor.
This beautiful flat is located in the center of the city, which is also the best part of Graz. The Maygasse is a quiet side street from where you will reach all the Universities and the big recreational areas like Stadtpark or Augarten in only a couple of minutes. You will live in a really good and nice neighborhood but also only a stone's throw away from every place where young people love to hang out.
The room (number 1 in the floorplan) and the flat itself is fully furnished with everything you need for your daily life! The bathroom and the toilet are brand new!
You can also hang out in a really nice garden that is shared with the other people in the house.
