Von hieraus erreichst du alle Räume: Das Schlafzimmer bietet 2 Personen genügend Platz zum Schlafen im gemütlichen Boxspring-Bett. Ein Arbeitsplatz mit Monitor, Stauraum für allerhand Technik und Büroutensilien ist bereits eingerichtet und bietet einen Blick durch die großen Fenster nach draußen. Angrenzend befindet sich das Ankleidezimmer mit offenem Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer kann optional mit einem zusätzlichen Bett für Gäste oder Kinder eingerichtet werden kann. Das Badezimmer wurde komplett saniert und präsentiert sich in hellen Farben, einem riesigen Waschtisch mit geräumigen Schubladen für allerhand Kosmetik, WC und Glasdusche. Die Küche ist ebenfalls komplett neu eingerichtet worden. Ganz in weiß gehalten und mit modernen Elektrogeräten, Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine kannst du hier auch die aufwendigsten Menüs zubereiten. Eine komplette Ausstattung mit Töpfen, Gläsern, Tellern, Besteck und Basis-Lebensmitteln steht dir zur Verfügung. Wer Smoothies, Suppen & Co. liebt, wird den Vitamix-Hochleistungsmixer zu schätzen wissen. Für alle Kaffeetrinker steht eine Nespresso-Maschine bereit. Die Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion befindet sich ebenfalls in der Küche. Im Abstellraum gegenüber der Küche können alle Haushaltsgeräte und Vorräte untergebracht werden. Auch an ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett wurde schon gedacht. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der traumhaft schöne Wohn- und Essbereich. Die beiden Zimmer sind durch eine fast raumhohe Doppel-Flügeltür verbunden. Hier fühlt mach sich sofort zu Hause. An kalten Wintertagen kann sogar der Marmor-Kamin in Betrieb genommen werden. Im Ohrensessel lässt sich so an kalten Wintertagen ganz entspannt ein Buch lesen oder gemütlich auf der Vitra-Couch vom Alltagsstress erholen. Im Esszimmer steht ein antiker Holztisch und 4 bequeme Vitra-Stühle für das Dinner mit Freunden bereit. Von hieraus betrittst du auch den kleinen Balkon, der Platz für ein Tischchen und 2 Stühle bereit hält. Hier lässt es sich ganz wunderbar in der Sonnen frühstücken oder der Aperitif für das Abendessen trinken. +++ LAGE +++ Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Universität entfernt, daher bietet der Stadtteil Rotherbaum eine Vielzahl an Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Hier treffen sich Studenten, alteingesessene Hamburger Kaufleute, die in ihren repräsentativen Altstadtvillen leben, junges Publikum, Junggebliebene und durch die Nähe zum Schanzenviertel auch einige Kreative.
