The property is located in an excellent, busy and lively city center location right in the heart of the famous Hamburg-St. Pauli and directly on a side street to the legendary Reeperbahn. Bus and subway connections are approximately 80 meters from the property, so all colleges and the university can be reached in just a few minutes. There are numerous supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and clubs in the immediate vicinity of the apartment house.
Thanks to the motorway, train and ferry network, Hamburg is also optimally connected to Scandinavia, other northern German Hanseatic cities and central German metropolises. You can reach Hamburg Central Station in 10 minutes and Helmut Schmidt International Airport in around 35 minutes.
In the newly built apartment house, high-quality and modern residential apartments were built from the 1st to the 7th floor. The apartment is barrier-free accessible. The floors are accessible via a bright staircase or an elevator.
The newly built residential units are each equipped with a kitchenette and a shower room. The kitchen and cooking area has a stove, sink and refrigerator. In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, the common area also includes a storage room.
Both living rooms are equipped with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk with chair and sideboard as well as additional storage space. The large living room offers space for additional furniture. Das Objekt befindet sich in ausgezeichneter, belebter und lebendiger Innenstadtlage direkt im Herzen des Stadtteils Hamburg-St. Pauli und liegt in einer direkten Seitenstraße zur legendären Reeperbahn. Bus - und U-Bahnverbindungen sind ca. 80 Meter vom Objekt entfernt, sodass man alle Hochschulen und die Universität in wenigen Monzten erreichen kann. Es gibt viele Supermärkte, Restaurants, Kneipen und Clubs in direkter Nähe zum Apartmenthaus. Hamburg weißt darüber hinaus durch das Autobahn-, Schienen und Fährennetz eine optimale Anbindung nach Skandinavien, weiterer norddeutscher Hansestädte sowie mitteldeutscher Metropolen auf. In 10 Minuten sind der Hamburger Hauptbahnhof und in etwa 35 Minuten der internationale Flughafen Helmut-Schmidt-Airport zu erreichen.
In dem neugebauten Apartmenthaus wurden von dem 1. bis zum 7. Obergeschoss hochwertige und moderne Wohnapartments errichtet. Das Apartment ist barrierefrei zugänglich. Die Etagen sind über ein helles Treppenhaus oder über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.
Die neu errichteten Wohneinheiten sind jeweils mit einer Küchenzeile und einem Duschbad ausgestattet. Der Küchen- und Kochbereich verfügt über einen Herd, ein Spülbecken und einen Kühlschrank. Zusätzlich zählt zu der Gemeinschaftsfläche neben der Küche und dem Bad auch jeweils noch ein Abstellraum.
Beide Wohnräume sind möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Sideboard sowie zusätzlichen Ablageflächen. Durch die großen Wohnflächen sind zusätzliche Möbel platzierbar. Die taghellen Wohnräume verfügen jeweils über bodentiefe Fenster mit einem kleinen Balkon zum Austritt. Die Fenster verfügen über Gardinen zur Verdunklung.
Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder der Mieter befinden sich hinter dem Gebäude im Innenhof.
Waschmaschinen zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung sind im Kellergeschoss vorhanden und können gegen zusätzliche Bezahlung genutzt werden. Zusätzlich können Bettwäsche (Kopfkissen, Bettdecke und Bettbezug) sowie Küchen- und Kochutensilien gegen Leihgebühr gebucht werden.
Die Deutschen Rundfunkbegühren müssen vom Mieter selbst beantragt und bezahlt werden.
Einzug und Auszug sind möglich nach Absprache von Montag - Freitag von 8.00 - 19.00 Uhr. Am Wochenende ist ist eine Wohnungsübergabe nur in Ausnahmefällen und noch Absprache möglich.

Alles, was Du als Studierende/er benötigst, erhältst Du im direktem Umfeld dieses Wohnhauses. Zudem Supermärkte (z.B. EDEKA, NETTO, PENNY), einen APPLE-Seller (GRAVIS), Buchhandlungen, CopyShops und Kioske, die bis Mitternacht geöffnet haben. Das ProgrammKino ABATON, verschiedene Museen, die Kammerspiele sowie das Messezentrum liegen ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In direkter Nachbarschaft befinden sich die Parkanlagen „Planten und Blomen“ und der „Schanzenpark“ – durch letzteren gelangt man ebenfalls fußläufig in 10 Minuten ins szenige Schanzenviertel.
Wer dann doch mal raus muss aus diesem Viertel und kein Auto zur Verfügung hat, hat von hier aus, über diverse BusLinien, die allerbesten Anbindungen:
Den Dammtorbahnhof (Fernverkehr, S11, S21 und S31) erreichst Du in nur 5 Minuten, die Innenstadt (Gänsemarkt, Jungfernstieg) nach rund 10 Minuten Busfahrt. Ebenso gut sind mit den Bussen mehrere U-Bahnen erreichbar, die Dich wiederum bequem quer durch Hamburg bringen.
Und wer in’s Auto steigt, erreicht den Airport Hamburg in 15 Minuten oder, bei Bedarf, die Autobahnen A1, A7 oder die A24 in 15 bis 20 Minuten.
Alles in allem?
Besser, zentraler, praktischer und infrastrukturell günstiger kannst Du als Studierende/er nicht wohnen in Hamburg! Und schöner auch kaum....
Wunderschönes Apartment im Herzen von Hamburgs-Mitte
Frisch renovierte und eingerichtete Wohnung in zentralster Lage.
Mittendrin und doch ruhig gelegen. Zentraler geht es kaum. Diese Stadtwohnung im Gängeviertel befindet sich in der 3. Etage, auf Höhe der Baumkronen, in einem denkmalgeschützten Rotklinkerhaus. Der Blick geht zum Michel und zum Hummelbrunnen. Die Räume sind insgesamt recht hell, da bis auf den Flur, alle Zimmer Fenster haben. Da sich direkt vor dem Haus keine Straße befindet und das Haus und die Gegend insgesamt sehr ruhig ist, kann man auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Wohnung wurde zwischen Oktober 2022 und März 2023 komplett saniert und wurde somit auf den neusten Stand gebracht. Die komplette Elektrik, ebenso das Badezimmer, die Küche und ein Großteil der Einrichtung sind neu. In allen Zimmern wurden Netzwerkkabel und Fernsehkabel verlegt. Die moderne Küche hat hohe Schränke mit sehr viel Stauraum, einem Essbereich, einem Side by Side Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter sowie einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine. Neben den üblichen Küchenutensilien sind in der Küche eine Vielzahl weiterer Koch- und Backutensilien, Küchengeräte sowie umfangreiches Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Die Küche und das Duschbad wurden mit hochwertigen Steinzeug-Fliesen versehen. Das Schlafzimmer wurde mit einem neuem extra großem Boxspringbett von 220 x 220 ausgestattet.
Hamburger Innenstadt
Zwischen Rathaus, Michel und Hafen. Zentraler geht es kaum. Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind, die Innenstadt mit dem Rathausmarkt und der Alster, der Kiez mit seiner Reeperbahn, der Hafen mit den Landungsbrücken oder das Szeneviertel Schanze.
Die Bushaltestelle Axel-Springer-Platz ist in 1-2 Gehminuten zu erreichen, ebenso das Bezirksamt Mitte. Zur S-Bahn Stadthausbrücke und zur U-Bahn Rödingsmarkt sind es etwa 4 Gehminuten, zum Jungfernstieg/Rathaus (U- und S-Bahnen sowie mehrere Buslinien) etwa 10 Gehminuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich ebenso wie die 47 Hektar große Parkanlage Planten in Blomen im nahen Umkreis, auch nette Cafés, Bars und tolle Restaurants befinden sich direkt ums Eck. Auf dem in der Nähe befindlichen Großneumarkt findet mittwochs und samstags ein Wochenmarkt statt.
Neben den üblichen Küchenutensilien sind in der Küche eine Vielzahl weiterer Koch- und Backutensilien, Küchengeräte sowie umfangreiches Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. In allen Zimmern ist ein WLAN Sonos Lautsprecher mit Surround-Sound vorhanden, welche per App steuerbar sind. Neben dem 55 Zoll Smar-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, befindet sich ein weiterer 50 Zoll Smart-Fernseher im Schlafzimmer.
