Many public transports, shops, restaurants are located nearby. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, pans, microwave, toaster, kitchen ustensils, crockery, kettle... The flat also has an ironing board, a clothes rack, a washing machine, an iron. You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, housing insurance, condominium fees, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. Charming brick houses and gardens make Lacassange – Montchat, in Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement, feel like a little French village. The calm, suburban atmosphere makes it one of the rare neighbourhoods in the greater Lyon area which still has its old charm, with its vast green spaces like the George Bazin park and the Chambovet park (which offers an outstanding panoramic view of the city as well as the cathedral on Fourvière hill). Many organic fruit-and-veg markets are held in the area, in addition to the traditional market of the Château de Montchat – a building which itself dates from the 16th century and nowadays is used as function rooms for business seminars and festive events. Montchat is also close to Part Dieu, Lyon’s commercial district which is home to one of Europe’s largest shopping centres and the main public transport hub (subway, airport shuttle, trains, buses, trams, coaches...).
