The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 5 guests, including its sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom with shower plate. Second bedroom also has a double bed. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an open kitchen fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. You also will have a space which can be used as dining room or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a double sofa-bed and smart TV. There is a ducted air heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you may use the same ducted air system for the AC, which you could control with a digital remote on the wall. WiFi connection is also installed - we are sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, internet, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 150€/month.
