This beautiful one-bedroom penthouse is located on the top floor of a beautiful building located on Marín García street, the most central and quoted area of Malaga.The apartment is composed of a beautiful and bright living room, with a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children, a full and independent bathroom, a small kitchen open to the living room but fully equipped with the necessary utensils for day to day, and a nice and cozy bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90.The building dates from the early twentieth century, having been completely renovated nowadays. Despite being located in the center, Marin Garcia Street is a quiet street, although the area is full of restaurants and small tapas bars where you can taste the best Malaga and Andalusian cuisine. Also in the surroundings, there are supermarkets and small shops where you will find everything you need for your stay.** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 5 guests, including its sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom with shower plate. Second bedroom also has a double bed. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an open kitchen fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. You also will have a space which can be used as dining room or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a double sofa-bed and smart TV. There is a ducted air heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you may use the same ducted air system for the AC, which you could control with a digital remote on the wall. WiFi connection is also installed - we are sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, internet, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 150€/month.
