The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern building in a quiet street in a residential area. The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything needed to make your stay pleasant. Also suitable for those who want to work in smart working or need long-term transfers. The apartment consists of a large double living room, a bedroom, a bedroom with sofa bed created in the large living room which can be used as a study as it is equipped with a desk, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry room as well as three balconies.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining table can accommodate up to 6 people. In the living area, a large and comfortable corner sofa opposite the smart TV. Also in the living room, a beautiful crystal table allows you to organize meetings or business dinners.
The bedrooms are one double with large wardrobes and one with a sofa bed. Both bathrooms have windows, one large with a shower, the second smaller also with a shower. In addition to the two bathrooms, there is also a laundry room.
The floors of the entire apartment are in parquet (with the exception of the bathrooms and the kitchen) such as to make the environment even more welcoming.
The apartment is located in a residential area with different housing mixes, quiet and ideal for families, close to the historic centre and animated by large cultural and creative hubs, as well as small neighbourhood shops and large shopping chains. An area
characterized the right compromise between tranquillity and access to services and cultural attractions.

Around the corner of the building you will immediately find a good restaurant, the Don Raffaele Trattoria Pizzeria (it's only a 3-minute walk away). Another place where you can have a good breakfast and not too far from the apartment is Vanini 1974 Bakery Food Cafè (Via Montevideo 25 Milan ), near Parco Solari. Next door, for lovers of aperitifs and Happy Hours, we suggest La Baita del Formaggio in Via Foppa 5, where you can taste cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by a good Italian wine. If you want to eat good fish, the Langosteria Via Savona 10. For a good pizza, the Pizzeria 4 Fratelli in Via Washington, 104.

- No smoking in the apartment
- All objects in the apartment are at your disposal for for the duration of your stay, leave them in place at the end of your stay so that subsequent guests can use them in turn
- All kitchen utensils are at your disposal, after use, please put them clean and dry in their place. At the end of your stay, please leave the kitchen area clean and tidy.
- Avoid disturbing noise on the stairs and in the common areas
- Do not turn up the volume of the TV too much after 10 in the evening
- At the end of your stay, please leave the apartment in order
- The apartment is located in a residential condominium. Please respect the silence from 20.00 to 08.00

Upon your arrival we will give you the keys, we will show you the apartment and its equipment and we will give you all the directions and information you need. At check-in, you will be asked for an identity card to proceed with registration. You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the Municipality of Milan).
For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed and you will need to be in possession of a code Italian tax. We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time slot by prior arrangement at least one day before at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02:00. During your stay we will always be at your disposal for any requests, advice or information on your stay in Milan. We remind you that since it is an apartment and not a hotel, it is necessary to make arrangements regarding the check-in time.
