Wonderful 265sqm flat with double exposure and a breathtaking view of the Milan skyline, Sempione Park and Castello Sforzesco, on the sixth floor of a 1960s building designed by engineer and architect Gigi Gho. His works have been dedicated to the rationalism movement and he worked with Giò Ponti.
The property, renovated by the current owners with great taste and high quality materials, has a very original octagonal entrance hall that allows separate access to the living, service and sleeping areas.
The octagonal entrance hall leads to the living area – consisting of a large living room, a dining room and a study/TV room – which benefits of an amazing view of the Milanese skyline. A large eat-in kitchen and its adjoining laundry/ironing room lies on the opposite side of the entrance hall.
