Der Balkon ist sonnig, wie die ganze Wohnung und nach Westen ausgerichtet, so dass man abends noch lange die Sonne genießen kann.

Vorhanden sind Multifunktionsdrucker/-scanner/-fax/-kopierer, eigener LAN- und WLAN-Anschluss (Pyur), des Weiteren Handtücher, Bettwäsche und eine komplett ausgestattete Kochnische mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Mikrowellenherd (Backen+Grillen), Besteck, Kühlschrank usw.
