Our flats fulfil all your daily living requirements. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
Please note that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with the accommodation provider the latest 2 months prior moving out. Contract can always be terminated on the 15th or end of the month, except December where move out is only possible at the end of the month. Please note that 2 business days are needed to confirm the booking, sign the contract, and transfer advanced payments. Pictures are representative only.

Next to the building is the Tegernseer Landstraße, where you can find many shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment in a totally restored 19th century building offers a typical Munich atmosphere, with modern furniture.
The newly and high-quality equipped room is part of a 160 sqm renovated apartment in Munich, Ramersdorf. The rooms have a very special charm due to the extra high ceilings with led shadow gaps (stepless dimmable, different colours and modes) and clever room cuts. With the stepless dimmable downlights in combination with the electric shutters, a great lounge atmosphere can be created if desired. The generous hallway with daylight gives a very inviting impression and provides access to all rooms of the large apartment. The apartment also has two newly furnished bathrooms, each with a washbasin and LED mirror, a towel radiator, a shower, and a toilet.
The fully equipped new kitchen with a dining area for spending time together and cooking provides ample space and invites you to linger. It offers:
