Cable TV and internet is available. On hot summer there is the Air Conditioner to keep you cool inside the apt. 500 meters away from sea. Close distance to supermarket, walking distance to Tramway for 1 euro to city center or airport/EDHEC. A free private parking is available if needed. This rare apartment is located in a peaceful setting in the most beautiful neighborhood of Nice, Mont-Boron, close to the city center and well-served by public transportation. The terrace overlooks a forest of olive trees and other magnificent trees. A large living-sleeping (brand new Murphy bed) area opens up on a large terrace. The sea view is not from the apartment but from the front of the building and the parking. There is a shared parking in front of the building.

Otherwise, a 10-minute walk away, four other lines (33, 15, 603) can be taken to the city center or in the direction of Monaco.
