The house is located in Waldperlach (residential neighborhod) in southest of Munich nearby Neubiberg and Ottobrum. Although it seems to be far way from the city center, the house has a bus stop in the door and the Bus 55 come every 5 or 10 minutes during working day depending on the time of the day. It make the connection with U-Bahn (U5) quise easy and quick.
There are restaurants, supermaket, backery and drugstore in a walking distance (average 400 meters). There are two squares and a mid size florest nearby, where you can walk, run or biking every day.
From August onwards there will be 4 sleeping rooms available for this WG. One is occupied by my son (in (hidden)ment with a private bathroom) who is in an university and is 23 years old, a second room (for single only) is already reserved and will be occupied by my son friend who is also in the university and is 23 years old. A third room is occupied by a Italian professional of 31 years old.
The remaining room available is as follow:
room 4: share the bathroom with the friend of my son, has a big wardrobe, a double bed and ideally accomodate one single person. (under consulting and further agreement we can consider a couple without child).
The house still have a kitchen, a living room and a laundry fully equipped and a small garten with space for barbecue.

This bright fully furnished apartment in the third and top floor (German counting / fourth floor US counting) in a well maintained house in Munich-Perlach was completely renovated in July 2023. It offers a separate kitchen and a new, friendly bright bathroom with a bath tub and a washing machine. The separate kitchen is equipped with new furniture and modern devices.. The apartment also has a large roof terrace with an idyllic view into a private park.
A cellar compartment is with the apartment. A lockable underground parking space (no duplex) is also available. A bicycle storage room is located in (hidden)ment. You will also find a community car washing area in the underground car park.

The apartment is located in a nice, quiet residential area at the edge of a park. Supermarkets, bakery and other shops are in the direct neighborhood (2 minutes by foot)
The underground and S-Bahn station "Neuperlach Süd" (U5 & S7) can be reached in 6 minutes by foot. Munich City center (Marienplatz) is reachable by underground / S-Bahn in 16 minutes. The shopping center "PEP" is only two kilometers away.

Dieses helle und voll möblierte Apartment mit Dachterrasse und separater Küche wurde im Juli 2023 komplett renoviert. Es befindet sich im dritten und obersten Stock in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Stadtteil Perlach. Das neue, freundliche helle Bad bietet eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist mit einer neuen, modernen Einbauküche ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über eine große Dachterrasse mit idyllischem Blick ins Grüne. Reichlich Stauraum für Kleidung und Sonstiges finden Sie im geräumigen Schrank.
