Located in the heart of the historical Lesser Town below Prague Castle, my charming flat offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of this enchanting city. Housed in a beautifully preserved historical building, my apartment boasts a separate living room of 35 square meters with two large windows that flood the space with natural light.
The living room features a cozy double bed (160x200 cm) adorned with plush linens, a comfortable sofa for lounging, and a wardrobe for storing your belongings. The room is also equipped with blinding curtains, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a table and two comfy dining chairs perfect for enjoying a meal or working remotely. Here you can whip up delicious meals using locally sourced ingredients or enjoy a leisurely breakfast before exploring the city.
Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and drying machine, providing all the conveniences of home. There is also a separate toilet room.

The building was erected in the 1920s as a modern city palace with arcade and a theater. This arcade with delicacies is a must-visit destination for everyone who likes to indulge in high-quality food and drink, is the perfect oasis for gourmets of Prague.
The building street also boasts great Czech and various international restaurants, cafés and bars. You will be close to all historical monuments, best shops, but also to shopping malls, metro and tram stations. The building is located 600 meters from the Old Town square and famous Jewish Quarter, 150 meters to tram stop and 350 meters to shopping centre with 200 shops.
The apartment comes completely furnished with all amenities suitable for long-term stay.

There is a comfortable double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs that offer in total three sleeping places.
