The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is a studio with a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, fridge and everything needed for cooking. You will have one double size bed and one sofa bed.
Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!
Please not that bedsheets and towels won't be provided during your stay.

As we work with a semestrial contract and a minimum length of stay of 5 months, the reservations can begin at the latest on the 1st of September for the period until the end of January or on the first of February for the period until the end of June. If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit.
Guests policies:
Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice.
For an overnight guest, simply let us know in advance, at least 2-3 days. The price is 500 czk / night/person (for the moment, can change based on the economic situation).
For overnight guests, there is usually one person accepted for a maximum 5 nights.
