Room is bright and intimate. The 10m2 room contains a single bed with storage solutions, which can be transformed into a double bed; a big closet; a drawer; a nice table and a chair. The basic rent includes the rent of your bedroom and common areas incl. use of (domestic) equipment, furniture and furnishings. Charges for Internet, energy (gas / electricity), water, municipal taxes and water board charges are not included. Municipal registration is possible. Deposit is one month rent! You'll share the kitchen, shower, toilet, balcony and living room with two other professionals.
The apartment:
Besides a quiet and spacious living room, you can stay comfortable in the spacious kitchen with table for six. The kitchen connects the living room with the balcony and is fully furnished and equipped with every luxury and practical items: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher. From the dining room you look through a large window to a beautiful canal, full of trees, birds and ducks. From the kitchen you have another big window with a door to the balcony with view to the courtyard of the complex. This view provides brightness and quietness. There are one toilet and one bathroom. The interior is done with good taste and care; all new. There is no elevator available. You can not smoke in the apartment. Vegan friendly.
Please keep in mind that we only rent the apartment fully furnished. You should only bring your clothes, some personal things and laptop. The apartment is more than complete; you really do not need to bring any furniture or change anything in the apartment. We will take care of everything for you.
The common areas will be cleaned by a cleaning lady every four weeks.

Spacious and very quiet room in shared house with family (me and my 2 kids).
The house is located 5 min from central station in west area. Very easy to access public transport or parking in front of the house. Room with view on park and gardens. Shared kitchen and bathroom( 1 toilet on each floor) and use of the living as well. Every two weeks there is housekeeping. Big garden with sun all day and big kitchen. We prefer an exchange student or architect who is quiet, clean and easy to live with.
This residential area has a special mix of living with metropolitan allure and typical working-class neighborhoods. The neighborhood is a real city district with beautiful canals, interesting shopping streets and large squares.
Public transport right around the corner (tram and bus) and the major roads to The Hague and Utrecht, among others, are easy and quick to reach. The center of Rotterdam is a short distance away as well as the Central Station ( approx. 7 minutes).
In need of greenery, culture or a picnic with friends? Visit the Roel Langerak, the Vroesenpark or take a look at one of the many museums in the city. Further amenities, such as sports clubs, can be found nearby. A prime location!

This a great location, truly one of the best locations in Rotterdam, the metro station Blijdorp is just 10 meters from the house, which allows you to travel all over Rotterdam really easy and direct access to The Hague, Albert Heijn supermarket is located below the apartment, so you may take an opportunity to make a groceries without getting out of your apartment slippers =), more big supermarkets (PLUS, Dirk and Albert Heijn) are around 400 meters away from the apartment, Central Station is just in 1 metro stop from the location (4-5 minutes on a bicycle or 12-15 minutes by foot), 80 meters away from the apartment you will find Vroesenpark, nice beautiful park, excellent for chilling, sport, BBQ activities, etc..
