Spacious and properly furnished apartment (Kleiweg 179B) in a well sought after residential neighborhood located on the North side of Rotterdam. This neighborhood is the perfect mix between living in a quiet neighborhood and still only ten or twelve minutes with the bike to the city center of Rotterdam. Public transport is conveniently located in front of the door, a tram, and a metro is located just 10 minutes away by foot which will take you to Rotterdam (in just minutes) as well as The Hague (in under 30 minutes). Train Station Rotterdam Noord is also located just 12 minutes away on foot which will take you to Rotterdam Central station in just minutes.
Transit times to Erasmus: just over half an hour with the tram / 20 minutes by bike.
Transit times to city center: in about 15 minutes with public transport / 10 minutes by bike
The house itself has six spacious rooms spread out over three floors. Each floor has two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom with either a new shower cabin or a bathtub. There’s one kitchen (6sqM) located on the first floor and there’s a large living/dining area (19sqM) with a kitchen on the top floor. There’s one small communal balcony located on the front side of the building on the first floor.

The apartment has a very convenient location right in the Center! For example, the Markthal, the Koopgoot and other trendy shopping streets, such as the Pannekoekstraat and the Meent are a 5-minute walk away. How nice it is to have many good, cozy restaurants and cafes around the corner. The choice is huge! The apartment is located on the 1st floor on the Carel van Nieveltstraat in Kralingen-Crooswijk. Public transport (including Metro Station Oostplein), roads (A16, A20)but also facilities such as shops and (sports) schools, are all within easy reach!

Through a closed porch you reach the private front door that provides access to the house on the first floor.
First floor
Through the front door you reach the hall, which gives access to the living room, 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and separate toilet.
The living room is located at the rear of the House. The room has sufficient light through the large windows. From the room you have a view of the cozy Gardens. The original stained glass upper windows together with the stained glass and suite doors give a real 30s feeling. The walls are smooth and white in color. On the floor is a neat laminate floor.
The kitchen is also at the rear of the apartment and can be reached through the living room through an open passage. The kitchen is partially tiled with white wall tiles and partially plastered. The neat laminate floor has been extended here. The kitchen cabinets are made in white with chrome handles. The worktop is made of dark brown laminate. There is a 4-burner gas stove, a combi oven, a stainless steel extractor hood, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The connection for the washing machine is also located here. You also have access to the nice balcony.
The master bedroom is located at the front and can be reached through the beautiful en-suite doors, but also through the Hall. Previously, the living area consisted of a front and back room, but here the choice was made to make the ‘master bedroom’. The bedroom is designed in the same style as the living room and overlooks the street. Here, too, beautiful windows with stained glass windows are present, which makes it a cozy room.
The second bedroom is also located at the front. This has ag(hidden)een executed in the same style as the other rooms and is currently used as a closet room. Here you can make a second sleeping area or a spacious work/study area.
The balcony can be reached via the kitchen and is east facing at the rear of the House. The graceful balustrade gives a nice face. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning in the sun.
