Lingerie partagée à quatre studios. Idéalement placé à côté du métro Annessens, à 7 minutes à pied de la Grand Place de Bruxelles et 10 minutes à pied de la Gare du Midi.
Loyer : Periode de location minimum de 3 mois. Pour une location supérieure à six mois, le studio est à louer 850 euros par mois comprenant les charges fixes suivantes: les communs et l'utilisation de la lingerie, ainsi qu'un ménage mensuel obligatoire de 2 heures dans le studio. Par ailleurs, sont incluses dans ces charges l’accès à Internet, la consommation d'eau et l'assurance incendie que doit habituellement payer le locataire.
