Il se trouve à quelques arrêts en transport en commun (bus et tram) de la gare du Midi et du centre-ville. L'immeuble se trouve en retrait de la rue et est isolé du bruit.
L'appartement est en location de fin octobre à fin avril, idéal pour une personne ou couple qui vient à Bruxelles pour y travailler pendant quelques mois.
Il se compose :
- d'une chambre avec lit double et des armoires et commodes pour vos affaires.
- une salle de bain avec deux éviers, une baignoire avec douche ainsi que d'un lave-linge et un sèche-linge.
- une toilette indépendante de la salle de bain.
