A very large sunny individual room with double bed suitable for couples also and acces to the garden in a renovated house shared by 6 tenants together, comprising hall, 3 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets, 2 fully equipped kitchen in common. The room is clean and pleasant, furnished effectively and comprises: single or double bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair, wardrobe, hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp, curtains (type Ikea, ...).We have 2 very large rooms which are composed of 2 communicating rooms within one room you have your double bed, 2-night tables, a big wardrobe, and a smaller closet and a beautiful fireplace.
And the other room is your private living room with a large seat, carpet and a working desk with a chair and another fireplace. The kitchen is provided from forks and spoons, pot and pans and at your arrival, you will receive a clean new pillow and a duvet. Wireless internet is included in the rent. A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is also included in the rent .You can use the washing machine and dryer in the house which is included in the rent .
The room is cleaned before arrival and this most be kept clean by the tenant himself .
We are looking for new tenants who wants to stay minimum 6 months or 12 months .
The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office (100 euro/ inventory )
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ).
