Are you looking for a room to rent for the second semester of the 2024-25 school year in the heart of Strasbourg and would like to improve your English/French/German by living with a Franco-American-German family?
We have been living in Strasbourg for over 30 years, and in the past, we have taken in university students or interns for a full year or semester. We very much look forward to continuing the experience once again.
The room which is offered is in an architectural gem of an apartment directly in town (avenue des Vosges, 300 m from the République tram stop) :
- 5th-6th floor apartment with elevator
- bedroom on the 5th floor of a duplex apartment (built in 1903 - fully renovated "appartement d'architecte")
- double bed (140x190), cupboards, bookcases, desk & chair
- hardwood floors + area rug
- shared bathroom/shower (there are 2 full bathrooms in the apartment)
- separate WC
- wifi (high speed fiber optic)
- the bedroom window overlooks a quiet street with a direct view of the cathedral and the National University Library dome (BNU)
