à la location à Bruxelles centre (près de la Bourse) dans maison ancienne sur 4 niveau avec 1 appartement par niveau, un très studio en souplex (1 fenetre par niveau!), niveau entre-sol et 0) de 2 x 14 m2 environ, lumineux (exposition ouest), entièrement rénové par architecte, grande hauteur sous plafond, chauffage électrique par rack à infra-rouges modernes, tout équipé avec meubles(lit 140, coin cuisine équipé, salle de douche avec rangements). Lingerie partagée à quatre studios. Idéalement placé à côté du métro Annessens, à 7 minutes à pied de la Grand Place de Bruxelles et 10 minutes à pied de la Gare du Midi.
Loyer : Periode de location minimum de 3 mois. Pour une location supérieure à six mois, le studio est à louer 850 euros par mois comprenant les charges fixes suivantes: les communs et l'utilisation de la lingerie, ainsi qu'un ménage mensuel obligatoire de 2 heures dans le studio. Par ailleurs, sont incluses dans ces charges l’accès à Internet, la consommation d'eau et l'assurance incendie que doit habituellement payer le locataire. Ne sont pas inclus dans ces charges car ils dépendent de l'utilisation individuelle du chauffage, la consommation électricité relevée par compteur électrique individuel et évalué actuellement à environ 30 à 120 € par mois selon les périodes de l'année , à prévoir en sus, à régler à la fin du séjour sur relevé de sortie (ou tous les trois mois). Pour une location de trois à à six mois, il faut compter un surcout de loyer de 10% pour compenser la charge de travail et le risque de vacances supplémentaire d'un montant de 85 €, soit un loyer de base de 935 € plus consommation d'électricité.
