Our house is located nearby the beaches. (10 minutes walk, 5 minutes by bike). There is a nice shopping street around the corner. In a few minutes walk you enter a nature park. And the city is reachable within 15 minutes biking! Our house is also attached to a playground. So there is plenty to do for every person! We have a cat, Cortes, who likes to be outside. We have a little garden, perfect to chill this coming summer!

Koningin Emmaplein is located in the neighborhood ‘Rond de Energiecentrale’. The neighborhood has a relatively large number of young residents between 25 and 44 years old. Furthermore, it is a relatively quiet neighborhood considering the population density.
The neighborhood is an exceptional blend of commercial locations, parks, and residential areas. You'll find international restaurants, gyms, parks, supermarkets, and shops all within walking distance. The apartment is located within 8 minutes cycling distance from the center of The Hague. In addition, the nearest exit road in the vicinity is only a 5-minute drive away.
PROXIMITY TO LOCAL HOTSPOTS:
The tram stop is two minutes away on foot, connecting you to all the different corners of the city. You can reach the beach in 30 minutes with public transportation, and all the city's landmarks are within walking distance.
