Vorzimmer und Zimmer mit Fliesenboden, Gaszentralheizung.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 4 Gehminuten von der U6 Station Gumpendorfer Straße entfernt. Auch die Straßenbahnlinien 6 und 18 und die U4 befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es ist nicht möglich hier den Hauptwohnsitz anzumelden. Die Kurzzeitwohnungen können von Berufspendlern (ohne Hauptwohnsitz in Wien) oder von Personen aus dem Ausland angemietet werden.
DIE LAGE
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Bezirk in Gehnähe zum Rochusmarkt/Landstrasser Hauptstrasse. Durch die zentrale Lage und der sehr guten Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist man nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
DER WOHNRAUM
Eine charmante ruhige Maisonettewohnung mit 27 m2 Dachterrassen.
Im ersten Stock der Wohnung befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestatte Küche mit Essbereich.
Im zweiten Stock sind zwei seperate Schlafzimmer (eines mit Doppelbett 160x200 und eines mit Stockbett), das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und der Aufgang zur Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung wurde neu renoviert. In der warmen Jahreszeit bietet die Dachterrasse einen großartige Möglichkeit zu entspannen.
FÜR FAMILIEN
Ein Kinderspielraum mit Spielsachen steht den Hausbewohnern zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Arenbergpark mit grossem Spielplatz.
location: The house has an ideal location at one of biggest Vienna pedestrial zones and right in front of U1- metro line stop Keplerplatz. Distant just a few yards there is one of most vivid traditional Vienna grocery markets at Viktor Adler square.
The house is orderly, neat and bright. My flat is on third floor served by escalator.
room: This room is big & very quiet as going toward inner courtyard of the building and having new double glassed windows, bright, equiped with a 1970ies comfortable double bed with night tables, a pc-table and stoole , three big wardrobes. Offers ap. 18 sq meters space.
surrounding: Vienna main railwaystation is off just 1 metro stop and Vienna central traffic cross Karlsplatz 3 stops. You do not even have to change metro-line, just hop in U1- metro and hop off U1 at Karlsplatz.
You will find the world famous castle of Belvedere within walking distance and the recreation park WIG-Oberlaa at reach with U1-metro line.

Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt der berühmte Tiergarten Schönbrunn, der älteste Zoo der Welt und ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel für Familien und Naturliebhaber. Die Mariahilfer Straße, eine der bekanntesten Einkaufsstraßen Wiens, ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe und bietet eine Vielzahl von Geschäften, Boutiquen und Restaurants.
In der Umgebung finden sich auch das Schokolade Museum und das Technische Museum, die beide interessante Einblicke in die Geschichte und Kultur Wiens bieten. Für Nachtschwärmer ist die Diskothek U4 nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
