We are looking for someone to rent the room from March onwards.
The room is furnished with a bed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 shared bathroom with showers, toilets, and a washing machine.
The contract for the room is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice.
The rent is EUR 400,- per month plus an additional EUR 70,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 470,-
The deposit is EUR 940,-
There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.

Mein Apartment bietet zwei Gästen Platz, die nächste U Bahn Station ist 3 Minuten entfernt. In 22 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt und in 20 Minuten auf der Hauptuni. Das Apartment hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Wohnzimmer und einen eigenen Schlafraum, ein Abstellraum sowie ein Bad mit einer Dusche und eine getrennte Toilette. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Badezimmer. Die Wohnung muss beim Auszug komplett gereinigt verlassen werden und die Wäsche muss gewaschensein, andernfalls wird eine Reinigungsgebühr je nach Aufwand verlangt.
