In just minutes you are connected to the S-Bahn, U6 and Trams to take you anywhere in Vienna. The swimming area of the Danube is very close and easily reachable by bike or with the U6 metro line. From this location, door to the Airport, is just 30 minutes on the S-Bahn. At the Millenium Tower (10 min walk) is one of few grocery shops in Vienna which are open on Sundays.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with your flatmates.
The flat fulfils all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet.

from October 1st onwards there is one room available (for students only!) in a beautiful shared student apartment in the 3. district of Vienna, on Barmherzigengasse.
The room is furnished with a bed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathroom with showers and toilets.
The contract for the room is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice.
The rent is EUR 330,- pr month plus an additional EUR 60,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 390,-

There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.

The modern and fully furnished apartment with a size of 56 m2, has a bedroom, a fully equipped combined kitchen and living room, a vestibule, a bathroom (shower and washing machine) and a toilet.

When you enter the room, you enter a small hallway from which you can access the bathroom and bedroom.
The bedroom and living room has a comfortable single bed, a table with two chairs and a desk with a desk chair.
There is also a small fridge and a storage space for personal belongings.
The large window gives a lot of daylight.
The kitchen is a shared space for residents of the building, but it’s never crowded, and there’s always plenty of room to cook.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a heater on which you can hang your towels, a large washbasin with a mirror above and a toilet.
Besides the room, there are common lounges for exciting game evenings and a large shared kitchen.
There is also a shared laundry room and a bicycle cellar.

The home is located in the 17th district of Hernals and can be reached, e.g. from the University of Vienna, in less than 15 minutes by tram 43/44 from Schottentor. In the immediate vicinity, there are shopping facilities of all kinds, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as various cultural offers and the underground station U6 Alserstrasse is only 500m away on foot.
The price is valid for bookings of four months or more. A shorter stay is also possible but at different conditions.
