I am renting out my newly renovated apartment in the 20th district, only 3 minutes from the nearest subway. The apartment is very bright and the windows face a quiet courtyard. You can also stay in the courtyard.
Layout:
In the entrance hall there is the kitchenette and a cupboard with plenty of storage space. The entrance hall leads to the shower room and toilet. The entrance hall also leads to the separate living room and bedroom.
Location:
The Hanover market, the Donaulände and an excellent infrastructure of supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by subway.

ich vermiete meine neu renovierte Wohnung im 20. Bezirk, nur 3 Minuten von der nächsten U-Bahn entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und die Fenster gehen zu einem ruhigen Innenhof. Im Hof kann man sich auch aufhalten.
Gliederung:
Im Vorraum befindet sich die Küchenzeile und ein Schrank mit viel Stauraum. Vom Vorraum geht man in das Duschbad und WC. Ebenfalls gelangt man vom Vorraum in den separaten Wohn- und Schlafraum.
Lage:

With the very good connection to public transport (tram 62 or Badner Bahn takes you in 16 minutes to the center - "Staatsoper") it's super easy to get around the city quickly. You will find the metro U4 in walking distance (about ten minutes).
The quiet apartment is in a zone 30 (km/h) sector and let you sleep well (width of the new bed is 1,40 meters)
There is a big grocery store (Eurospar) 200 meters away, where you find anything you need for daily life.

Die Wohnung hat den Charme einer Wohnung der Siebziger Jahre, ist aber gut geschnitten mit einer guten Raumaufteilung. Die Wohnung ist sicherlich etwas abgewohnt, was sich aber im Pricing widerspiegelt.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einen Raum mit Einzelbett. Die Küche hat was man braucht und ist fernab der anderen Wohnraum getrennt durch einen längeren Gang, entlang dessen Abstellraum, Klo und Badezimmer liegen.
