In an area characterized by typical Brussels houses, at the ground floor of a very quiet maison de maître, this independent 50 m2 apartment is fully furnished and equipped (really evrything you may need) . The antique and design furniture offers a unique sensation to be at home. At the entrance, a nice antique writing desk and bookshelf in a niche is comfortable to study/work at home. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped (new dishwasher, new washing machine, oven, microwave, new fridge, new freezer, etc...) with a large dining table and windows on the square. The separated bedroom is equipped with a a new 140*200 bed, armchair, closets, Smart TV/Sat, bookshelves, and it has large door/windows with access to the terrace garden. The terrace is partially covered by a transparent roof, it is furnished, and it has a barbecue installed. From the bedroom, a door opens in the large bathroom with WC, closets, window and a good rain shower. The apartment has been partially renovated in December 2024, adding better and stronger heating, wooden floor, new smart tv, wall painting and luminaries.
Our guests are usually professionals or PhD students. Occupancy is appropriate for one person only. However, occasional visitors can be allowed prior authorization. Two occupants (a couple, for instance) can adjust to the space too (additional utilities fee 180eur/month).
The apartment has its own washing and drying machine, new iron and ironing table, vacuum cleaner, and other appliances/equipment.
Free Wi-Fi and Lan are all over (Fiber high speed), perfect for home working.
The apartment is no smoking. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed.

Due camere da letto hanno letti singoli, uno che è un alloggio in stile loft-style e gli altri due hanno letti matrimoniali.
Questa zona è seriamente perfetta per coloro che sono studiosi: sarete circondati da molteplici università e campus scolastici, come Université libre de Bruxelles Campus de la Plaine, École Européenne de Bruxelles III e Vrije Universities Brussel. Questo quartiere di Ixelles è ben collegato al resto della città, in quanto è servito da fermate degli autobus accessibili e da una stazione della metropolitana lungo la strada. The antique and design furniture offer the unique sensation to be at home. A large living room, with dining table, Smart TV/Sat, sofa and bookshelves has very large windows and a balcony overlooking the square. The bedroom is equipped with a 140*200 bed, armchair, antique closet, a small table and other furniture, it is full of light and overlooks a beautiful tree in the back-house garden. The apartment has a small kitchen corner (with fridge and freezer, microwave, electric cooker with oven, and other appliances) and a separated small bathroom with rain shower (90*90).
