A very large sunny individual room single bed in a shared flat on the ground and first floor apartment with shared bathroom , comprising hall, 2 private and 1 common bathroom (shower+sink) and 3 toilets , fully equipped kitchen ,living /dining room and garden . The room is clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: single bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp ,sink, curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival . There’s also a washing machine and dryer ( in thecommon bathroom ) at the deposal off the tenants and we charge 15 euro a month for this which is included in the rent . A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is also included in the rent .
The room is cleaned before arrival and this most be kept clean by the tenant himself during his stay.
The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office )
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time ).
You also have direct access to the garden .
We 're looking for new tenants who wants to stay minimum 7 months or longer .
