In 4 minutes walk is located a tram stop - Zaolziańska. It takes around 13 minutes to reach the city center by tram. Guests traveling by car can take advantage of a private parking space in the underground garage.

I am looking for a non-smoking professional who will take good care of the flat. Pets are not allowed.
Property is fully furnished in a high standard in a building built in 2019. It has an elevator. It is located in the center of Wroclaw with great connections via public transport with other parts of the city.
There is also a dedicated bicycle room which is only available for people living in the building (locked).
There is a convenience store located in the ground floor in the same building. There is also a small vegetable market located nearby on the same street where you can buy fresh and healthy groceries.
