THE DECORATION
You’ll find the chic simplicity of this compact studio apartment relaxing. The triangular ‘roof’ of the bed next to the blue wall is like a small house tucked in a tree with the sky in the background. Its blue-colored touches and minimal décor details are wisely chosen to make it feel cozy and spacious!
THE AREA
Enviably located in the most vibrant and diverse neighborhood of the city, this modern apartment is well-served by the many different traditional and modern shops and cafes in the area. You are also surrounded by some of Athens’ most popular spots – just moments away from Monastiraki Flea market, next to Thiseio and the archeological sites, and a short walk away from the buzzing Gazi. A comfy stay on the branches of the first floor!

- Host check-in under appointment only. Please contact us at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange it. For last-minute bookings please call us after you complete the booking. We will be happy to arrange it.
- Check-out is at 11:00.
- Pets are allowed (charges apply).
- Parties are not allowed. Some exceptions are made. Please contact us in writing form (we may have a great idea too).
- Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:.30 and from 22:00 to 07.30 every day of the year (state law).
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the (hidden), even close to an open window. You may smoke only by going outside of the apartment, on your private or shared terrace.
- Security deposit for the high season May - October is 800euros.
