The place is brand new (built in 2023) and we moved in this year (May 2024).

- 3 room flat with a balcony and a terrace on the roof!
- Restaurants, shops, markets, gyms, clubs are all within walking distance.
- Tram, buses, S-bahn and U-bahn are VERY close by as well.
The area is both lively, well-connected, central and overall fun to live in. There are cultural, culinary, indoor and outdoor activities to be tested all around the place.
A beautifully designed 2-room apartment on the forth floor of a back building in a perfect location in Mitte.
This fully furnished, fully equipped apartment is perfect for singles or couples who are looking for a high quality of life right in the centre of Berlin. The small additional half room can be used as a storage space or a home office.
The neighbourhood is filled with energy! You can find plenty of activities here, such as wonderful shopping locations, restaurants, cafes, gyms, and a lot more around every corner. It's great for students as it is well connected to public transportation through U-Bahn station Schwartzkopffstr. which is on the U6 line.

Bright apartment directly at Mauerpark.
The apartment has one bedroom with a queensize bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large living room with an open kitchen.
There is a large balcony on the same floor as the apartment and a large rooftop terrace on top. You can access the flat by elevator.
Sonos sound system is in all rooms and a large beamer with Netflix is to be found in the living room.
Washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom.
The apartment is very bright because it faces south, so you get sunlight almost all day long. Electric sunblinds are installed on all windows. The Mauerpark is directly at your doorstep. Since the street is a one-way street, it is also very quiet.
You'll find a gas barbecue on the balcony.
Public transportation: Gesundbrunnen station is about a 12-minute walk away (great for getting to the airport quickly with the FEX), but you can also walk to the U8 or U2 in about 10 minutes each. The main train station is about a 10-minute drive away.
There is an Aldi 2 minutes away and a Rewe 10 minutes away.
There are many restaurants, bars, and yoga studios nearby. Also playgrounds are to be found many.
Weekly cleaning of the flat is mandatory and not included in the rent. The cost is 60 € per week and is to be paid with the rent.

In der Wohnung ist nicht nur die Klinkerwand mit Bodenspots beleuchtet, sondern auch der Stuck mit weißem LED. Darüber hinaus haben die Glaswand im Wohnzimmer und das Bad verschiedenfarbig einstellbare Lichter zum Wohlfühlen.
Zusätzlich sind alle Lichtschalter mit Touchsystem ausgestattet und es gibt High-Speed Internet mit W-LAN oder LAN an einem der 7 LAN-Verteiler, die es in der Wohnung gibt.
Sogar beim Sauber machen gibt es einen kleinen Helfer, der Staubsaugroboter 'Robby'.
Natürlich gibt es auch einen Fernseher mit Smart TV und eine Playstation mit diversen Spielen.
