Small but pleasant room in a 3 storey 174m2 townhouse in Buitenveldert, a neighbourhood in the south of Amsterdam known for its many parks and green areas. The room has an all natural latex mattress, a desk, a chair and a closet. My 21yo son and I live in this house, as well as 3 cats and up to 4 (hidden) guests (the top floor is rented for short-medium stays as bed and breakfast with full legal license). The (hidden) guests have their own kitchen and bathroom and mainly only share the staircase. As a tenant of our house, you will have access to all common areas, including a front and a back garden and a large bathroom with a shower and a tub. We have a preference for cat lovers. We are musicians and enjoy cooking. Close to the VU and the Gelderlandplein shopping mall.

In een van de leukste buurten van Amstelveen bieden wij een luxe en recentelijk gerenoveerd appartement met tuin aan! Het appartement is gelegen in een rustige straat met winkels en openbaar vervoer op een kleine loopafstand.

The house has a front and back garden and a fully equipped kitchen. AH, Supermarket, bus and tram stop are within walking distance. Registration is possible. You just have to move in with your clothes.
