Neighbourhood: Located to the north of Brussels, Schaerbeek is close to Brussels' tourist center (20 minutes by bus), the EU institutions (15 minutes by bus), NATO, the VUB and ULB universities (direct tramway), and gives easy access to the motorway. Tram and bus stops 3 minutes away for tram/bus 25, 56, 62, 65, 66 and 59.
Schaerbeek has become a very sought after neighbourhood. Architecturally, Schaerbeek is a gem! When walking around, make sure to keep your eyes up and you can be sure to come across some Art Nouveau architecture and other wonderful details. The Josaphat Park, located a 5 minutes' walk away, has it all: nature, sports, cafés... it is nothing else than Brussels' best park.

The apartment is amazingly designed, fully furnished with everything you need, beautiful open space that opens on a green patio. Being on the ground floor, facing north, you have no sunlight, except a bit in the morning. If a lot of natural light is a must for you, it won't suit you.
