Nice and particular apartment in an old Milan style building.
The apartment has recently undergone a renovation which brought to light the old solid brick ceilings. The apartment consists of a living area with open kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom and laundry room where you can find both a washing machine and a dryer.
Furthermore, in the apartment you will find both a washing machine and a washer-dryer. In the apartment there is air conditioning, Smart TV and fiber internet connection. The heating is centralized. A few steps from the Arco della Pace, Sempione Park, City Life and Chinatown, it is an excellent accommodation for spending holidays or work.
In the area there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants for all tastes. Chinatown is a very lively neighborhood, full of clubs and restaurants, Sempione Park is the most central and important green area in Milan, City Life is a symbol of the modern city. The nearest metro stop is on the green line (Moscova) and is located 600 meters from the apartment. The Milan Cadorna train station is about 20/25 minutes away on foot while the Domodossola stop is about 15 minutes away on foot. A few steps away there are also stops for many surface transport services that serve the apartment, such as tram lines 1 and 10. The Milan Cadorna train station is the arrival point of the Malpensa Express and the starting point for visiting various tourist locations such as Lake Como. The same line also passes through the Domodossola stop.
Upon your arrival we will give you the keys, show you the apartment and its amenities and give you all the directions and information you need.
At check-in you will be asked for your identity card to proceed with registration.
For stays longer than 30 days a contract will be signed and it will be necessary to have an Italian tax code.
We can organize late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time slot by prior arrangement at least one day in advance at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02:00.
